Do you do custom work?

Yes, I do. I love to create wonderful and unique items to compliment a client’s personality or path. Whatever you’re into….be it dragons in blue, woodland themes, animals, symbols, seasons and more, I’ll do my best to bring your idea to life.

What is your Turn Around time?

For hats, I usually need a couple of weeks, depending on my current workload. I may need to order your suede, if I don’t have any on hand. Sometimes though, I may be able to get it done for you in a few days. Crazy Patchwork hats and other hats with hand embroidery take longer. Feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to give you an estimate on production time.

How does a custom order work?

We start off by having a conversation where I’ll ask you if you have something in mind or if you need a little help. We’ll narrow your ideas down and I’ll give you a quote on what your project will run. If all is good and we’re on the same page, I’ll get started on your item. I’ll keep you posted on progress and when done, I’ll make you a personal listing and send you a link to it. If pleased, you may then purchase and I can ship out same or next business day.

Do you require a deposit?

Usually no. But, if your project requires me to purchase yards and yards of materials or invest many hours of time into an item that I may not be able to sell if you change your mind, I may ask for a small deposit.
