Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

Here are my Terms & Conditions for wholesale ordering;

1. Minimum Order Quantity

All first time opening orders will have a minimum of $350. All future orders will have a minimum of $250.

2. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale discount is 35% off the retail prices on my website,

3. How To Place An Order

If just ordering items that are "In Stock" on my website, you may email me a list of items that you wish to order. If you would like to order a combination of In Stock AND Made to Order items, I would prefer we switch to a phone conversation so that I may provide you with the best service possible.

Example: You would like "X" bags and/or hats listed on the website but you would also like a certain color or themed hat or bag to be included. I will be happy to create a custom order for you to fulfill the needs of your clientele. While I can ship "In Stock" items right away, adding any "Made To Order" items will add time to your Shipping Window, which you will be informed of when to expect, during our conversation.

When your order is ready to ship, I will pack and weigh it to get accurate shipping expenses then inform you of your carrier options. I will then invoice you through PayPal. Once invoice is paid, I will ship your order. If you are within the Milwaukee/Chicago/Madison triangle, I will be happy to deliver your order for a charge that covers fuel expenses.

4. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders will need to be paid through PayPal or Square invoice UNLESS you are within the Milwaukee/Chicago/Madison delivery triangle. Then I will accept cash, check or charge (through Square reader) upon delivery. Checks may be mailed and orders will ship once funds are verified by the bank.

5. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price

You may use the MSRP but, I leave that solely to your discretion.

6. My Branding

I want your customers to return to you for their next purchase so, all of my items are labeled with my signature only. None of my products have anything containing my website address that would lead them to me.

7. Shipping Window

If ordering "In Stock" items, your order will be shipped immediately after payment is received. If there are any "Custom/Made To Order" items on your order, I will of course need time to make them and will ask up to10-14 days to fill your order. If I need to order materials, such as a certain color suede for a hat, that window may be longer. All these details will be discussed as we build your order.

8. Shipping

Smaller orders, such as a bunch of bags only, can be shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Larger orders containing hats will need to go either UPS or FedEx. When your order is ready, I will pack and weigh it and offer you an accurate shipping cost for both services. Your choice will then be added to your invoice.

I am not shipping International orders at this time.

9. Returns

I do not accept returns unless there is a flaw in the manufacturing. All items are inspected thoroughly upon completion and again at time of packing. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify me of any problem within three days. If you do find a flaw, I will ask for photographs to help me better understand what happened. Upon agreeing to the return, I will send you a return shipping label and ask that item is packaged safely to prevent damage during return. Items must be shipped back within seven days.

10. Termination of Contract

I reserve the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reason if I feel that our relationship is no longer beneficial to my business.
