An adorable, magickal top hat, made from an embossed blue velvet fabric backed with fusible interfacing and fleece with added strips of plastic boning for stiffness. A silver satin sash wraps around the base of the crown and is hand stitched in place to prevent slipping. Finished off with three beautiful hand made hats pins that perfectly compliment the hat. Black poly lining. Brim is wired for bending and shaping fun.
