Oversized Black Witch Hat Size Small
An over the top, oversized scrunchie style witch hat made from a high quality, soft and luxurious black upholstery suede. A black satin sash wraps around the base of the cone and is hand stitched in place. Black poly lining. Brim and cone are wired for bending and shaping fun.
Size “Small”.
Fits a 21"-22" head best.
Approximately 18” wide x 17” high
Care: May be spot cleaned with damp cloth if needed. Not water resistant. Do not wear in rain.
