An over the top, oversized scrunchie style witch hat made from a high quality, soft and luxurious white upholstery suede. A woven gold belt with buckle wraps around the base of the cone and is hand stitched in place. Edge of brim is encircled with a twisted gold cord and accented with teal crystal beads and gold findings, all hand stitched into place. White poly lining. Brim and cone are wired for bending and shaping fun.
