About 15 years ago someone asked me....”Can you make witch hats?” And I thought, why not? But, I didn’t want to make the usual witch hats that you see. I didn’t want to make hats that looked like a table centerpiece, all decked out with flowers and bows, made from dollar store costume hats. There’s plenty of those out there. I wanted to make hats that were different. Unique. Fun. Hats that reflected the path or the personality of the witch that wears it. Hats that can be worn to rituals, events & festivals throughout the year, not just in the Fall. So, I got to work learning how to make real witch hats for real witches. The first few years was a lot of learning and I made some pretty goofy stuff. But, almost a decade and a half later, I think I got it down & make a pretty cool hat. I have a lot of fun putting together colors, textures, beautiful embroidery designs, gorgeous suedes and fun cotton prints, crazy stitching, buttons, buckles, sashes, bands, flowers and more. The ideas for hats are absolutely endless!
