Mad Hatter Style Flame Brocade Top Hat Size Small/Medium
An adorable, magickal top hat, made from a gorgeous black and gold flame brocade fabric backed with fusible interfacing and fleece with added strips of plastic boning for stiffness. A gold satin sash wraps around the base of the crown and is hand stitched in place to prevent slipping. Finished off with three beautiful hand made hats pins that perfectly compliment the hat. Black poly lining. Brim is wired for bending and shaping fun.
