Mad Hatter Style Green Velvet Top Hat Size Medium
An adorable, magickal top hat, made from an embossed green velvet fabric backed with fusible interfacing and fleece with added strips of plastic boning for stiffness. A gold satin sash wraps around the base of the crown and is hand stitched in place to prevent slipping. Finished off with three beautiful hand made hats pins that perfectly compliment the hat. Black poly lining. Brim is wired for bending and shaping fun.
